Hey Greg, do you have a story idea yet?
Hi Tommy. Yup. The story finally came to me while driving home last night. I should start working on the script this weekend. We''ll see how it goes. The good thing is I can start putting out the casting notice because I think I know how many people will be in it.

thank you for the imdb link... i am SO impressed! this poster is just flat out incredible!! -- looking forward to this one so much!
Well let's hope that story is as good as the poster. I just hope it doesn't suck. I'll know once I type fade out.

Thanks Jack and Ted

Alright, so I'm updating this thread to say that there are no updates as of yet. I had never really tested it before, so I've been spending a good amount of time getting to know my camera, Letus35 Flip Enhanced, and indiFOCUS follow focus.

This is the setup I'll be using to shoot my project.

None of my test footage is going into this project so I'll post footage on the DVX footage board.

Hi Gregory

It appears this fest is going to be really pushing the talent meter; I just watched your PG Finalist Film; wow.

First Macgregor and now Gregory; this fest is gonna be fab !

Wow, they still have it up? Sweet! Project Greenlight was a fun shoot. I wish I could have changed the Miramax script and blown up the building, but all-in-all it was a lot of fun.

Any updates?
The update is I may not be entering Drama-Fest.

Not sure, but the clock is ticking and it's not looking good. I have my camera and sound equiptment and locations for the most part, but I haven't had time to cast. So I'm at a point where I have a script that I don't hate, but no locked in actors to play the roles. There are a couple actors who I'd love to be in it who want to do it but it may not work out time wise since I can only shoot weekends.

I don't know what to do.

Greg.. What are you looking for? I know a small little army of people. NOt sure if they'll fit your description though. Never hurts to try!

I have a lot of work to do in a very short amount of time, but I'd be stupid not to enter, so with that said...

I'm back in! And with a vengence.

Greg,

If you need an extra hand, just let me know! I gave a valiant effort to submit a film and ran out of steam and got to page 3 of 6. Two people and a few china balls makes making movies difficult. :)

So do you have it cast yet? Still need actors?

What's this about submission to project green light. Can you post a link? I'd like to check it out. And great job on the poster.

What do you need for yours? If you need help making steam, I've got a gas grill and a gallon of hot water. You're almost finished. Just three more pages to go. Go for it!

I may be able to use an extra hand. And those China balls wouldn't hurt either. I have a bunch of different sizes but I don't have the cord or bulbs yet. What do you use with yours?
