Trailer for our new movie "Bad Service"

Hey Tryptophan,
I liked the idea..the trailer was really well put together too, it flowed quickly and there werent any akward pauses that are characteristic of some trailers that come across this site. Liked the overlay...was it Magic Bullet?

Looks pretty funny tryptophen. Is that a short or a feature? With all the different scenes in that trailer it has to be a feature. Good luck.

Thank you for the kind words.

It is a feature. It is done. We have sent it to about 5 festivals so far...nothing yet.

We are applying to about 15-20 more in the upcoming couple of months.

Technical info:
DVX100a
Vegas 6d
Combustion
Magic Bullet for some parts
16x9 format

Started filming in May 2005, finished post in September 2006.
The whole movie was ADR'd later during post.
Shot 25 hours of footage...running time is 95 minutes.
Budget (not including camera) was around the low end of $1000.00 (one thousand).
We did it on our spare time when we could get whoever together.

Looks like mad fun! The audio needs a final EQ I think... bury the ADR in a natural sounding mix to sell it as being 'real'.. or not..

Thank you Matthew.

The dialog audio in the trailer is without all the background, foley, ambience, etc...just to make it stand out.

The movie itself had about 12-15 layers (sometimes more) of foley,fx,background, etc...we had to recreate all of it...every crinkle of cloth moving, every footstep, because we were starting with nothing really.

Thanks again for the comments.
