P.O.S. Video shot with HVX/M2

Wow, that's great ! Nice idea for the video and refreshing for it to not be bouncing cars and guys pointing their fingers at the audience with a shed load of bling with gals all around.

And I actually like the song as well.

Great work !

for the brief 5 seconds I watched that video it looked very good, then I decided to not further sully my enjoyment of a well shot video by watching it on bloody youtube.

is there a QT version anywhere?

I have a DVCPRO HD version, but it is not mine to post. There would probably be issues with the record company if I did. The record company posted the Youtube version, so that's all I can give you guys, sorry.

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet, finally some art in hip hop videos.

I take it you haven't seen the '99 Problems' - Jay Z video directed by Mark Romanek or the 'Jesus Walks' Kanye West video...

The POS video is pretty damn good!

Very nice job - well made (and a good song tp boot). would love to see a more uprezzed version.

But hats off - great work.

Awesome video!
It was good to see something different. It looked great in B & W!
The song was slick too! Top dog! I forgot to mention the wicked editing!

Minnesota has some good rappers and rhymesayers is a great contributor, they really know what their doing. The video is great, and I have that album so I knew the song well.

Hey that song is pretty neat, dude. So was the video. Got me to check out the group.

Thanks for sharing.

This type of rap is called underground hiphop, it is very different than the stuff you hear on the radio and has nothing to do with BLING and hoes! Everything about it including the styles, and concepts are better .

Err... the type of Hip Hop heard here is HIP HOP. RAP would be the mainstream term, which context is generally centralized around wealth, sex, and the comparison of oneself to a conglomerate, non-existant entity, aka "ya'll", "these", "them", or "you".

"Underground" is a very loose term... which tends to vanish once the group gets radio play. There really is no underground anymore, thanks to the internet.

Sorry... just had to say that.

Nice looking Video! Can you tell us what the settings were? And what lenses did you use with the M2?

cheers,

JP
