The overall attitude of 75% of the users on here.

No posting in my sony related threads, telling me to buy a DVX in others... etc...

I just feel like an outcast to be honest. I just like to film man...

Aw, dude . . . you need to develop a thicker skin. You've only started four threads and participated in one other, and none of them were "Sony-related," per se.

Yeah, you got some good-natured joshing in your intro thread, but nobody really cares what camera you use. They care about what you do with it. Impress them with your work and you'll get ample praise.

If you want to talk Sony, hit the Sony sections.

I wish this site was called digital video xtreme user, damn, that would rule

anywho... dont worry about what others think. Cams are just a means to an end. You've already shot and edited a sh*tload of shorts and car racing dvds and whatnot.... keep on rocking that sony man.... those are good cams

In a world where both of his cameras were underwater...

heh heh... I used to have a PD-150 years ago. No big deal, but I'm glad I got rid of that no-black-level-holding piece of dung. There I flamed us both. :)

Who's snobbin JVC users? Show yourselves! I'll have you know that I still have my trusty JVC VHS-C camcorder. I don't know WHY I still have it, but I do. And it works! :)

There's no snobbin here... it's not the camera... it's the man (or woman) behind it.
Just snobbing camera operators huh? What about the people in front of the camera. They tell a majority of the story that we see.

- Mikko ... ok, animals in front of the camera are cool too. :)

don't feel bad. it's only our dvx's that make us better than you.

I used my Sony VX2000 for 3 years and shot several short films with it. Then I discovered 24p... I still have a special place for my Sony VX2000 in the back corner of my closet
