Digital Cinema Filmmaker's Training Course

Shipping anything to Canada by Global Priority Mail seems to take two weeks. There's something haywire with the way our countries' post offices work together, because shipping the same method to Germany might take four days, but to Canada it always takes 12 to 14 days.

Just wondering if you know roughly how long it takes to ship to Canada? :dankk2:

Hi Kino, yes it's a bit odd for Canada, even with Global Priority, it takes 1-2 weeks. We use USPS Global Prioity for all new International orders, which is much faster than airmail, but it's still slow for Canada.

In case anyone was waiting, all the Advanced Lighting and Basic Production samplers are up on our Downloads page.

Got my dvds today. Looking forward to watching them this weekend.

Hi Kinoeye, it's the DCT-LS Lighting Set; they're the last DVD box in the package, before the DCT-FM1 manual. :)

Thank you Rush...this is an excellent product. Great packaging, filled with tons of necessary information and advice.
To all newbies: This is a must have training. I highly recommend it.

Thank you Syed, I appreciate the feedback sir. I hope it serves you well! :)

Hey Rush,

What is that small led light you use your in your production. What is it called and where can you get one?

Sorry, not that one. The one which is in the scene where the "actress is painting the easel and the phone rings" I believe you clamped the light behind her on a cardelli and used it as a back light. You use the light in numerous other scenes as well

Sure thing, the litepanel. It's at litepanels.com.

Thanks for the link. Pricey little things. Would you recommend the spot or flood version.

By the way, Great dvd! although you talk too fast sometimes :)
