cool stuff...you mentioned that it's a continuation of a series? Any links to previews, etc for the other ones?

shot on the dvx100 a with both squeeze on and the anamorphic adaptor so we get 2.35.1 more as i get done with exams.

Youtube Quality is killing it. Aside from that, from what I can see, the image looks pretty nice. And lots of great framing. As far as the content goes, not sure how I'm supposed to feel about that. Is it serious?

Agreed Kholi.

Comments:

Image: Great image.. It has the "spidey style" to it.

Content: Not sure if I should take this seriously or not...

Acting: Hit and miss

Editing of Trailer: Great!

The first episode is done and is available. The big problem is that the DVD and cases aren't done. I have several "out of the computer DVDs" with no menu.

There are links to RNS 1 and 2 on dvxuser. Just punch in Redneck Samurai on the search menu.

It's as serious as a post-world, samurai, magic, demon killing flick can be.
It play on all emotions. It's a wierd ride, but several have enjoyed what they have seen.

I would say take is as serious as you would "VS" with David Lynch and Terry Gilliam spilled over the top.

I always want more from the acting, but we tried to play the actor as themselves to ease the low-budget pain. There are some cool performances.

The content is a mixed ride. I want the viewer to enjoy themselves. It goes from serious to bad ass to fun.

Are you talking about Versus (2000)? You guys selling or making available online to view? How long has this been in production?

yeah versus.... it will be made available soon but we're gonna rent out theaters and show it for a while then festivals etc....

Its in month 8 of post production. it is about 115 mins.

Wow, almost two hours long. Quite an accomplishment... can you tell us how long production took? (How many shoot days) And what the budget was.
