Mark and Ted's Excellent Adventure in Drama

Kyle is a lucky man. I can't wait to hear about the shoot and see some footy!

If you need any vfx help or ANYTHING...

I don't charge much. Just like 400 bucks a shot. ;-)

But seriously, this movie looks awesome and I've heard nothing but good shi* from Kyle.

Peace

Thanks Alex! I appreciate the support! Talk to the old man (Mark Johnson!) about vfx!!!

(sorry Mark, I couldn't resist! )

God it's been a hectic couple of weeks. -- I haven't been active on the boards and that deeply saddens me... =) school, school, school... on that note, the corsairs premiere went fantastic! keep in mind that there is still many things we are fixing before we bring it to the internet. we also need to give herman some time. (yes... thats right... herman witkam signed on). =) my finals are done after this monday and unfortunately, coming out before christmas isn't looking to great... but it might still be. my work is the biggest player in that fiasco. taking off time isn't always the easiest thing to do at a part-time job (or any job for that matter).

Either way, I cannot WAIT to make it out. Mark, I still haven't gotten that book but would love to talk to you more about my duties on the set if you have time.
Ted, I've given up on talking with you. ;)

Thanks a bunch!
-Kyle

Hey guys,

Just following the local custom and announcing my own shizzle in Mark and Ted's thread:

HO, HO, HO! We are getting close to our first Principle Shoot!!!

Today is a balmy 19 degrees with a wind chill of F'n freezing BUT tomorrow I fly out to CALIFORNIA! (I hope that it is a little bit warmer than it is here in New England!

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Jack, Nice work on the Christmas Greeting! That is very slick. I love how crisp the images are! Did you do the VFX yourself? Very nice.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Brandon, WOW! A new avatar image!!! Looks good.

Jack, forgive my ignorance... but who is that in your avatar? I am used to seeing some form of "Jack!" Is this one that I just don't recognize???

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Sorry that I haven't had much of a presence on the boards lately... I have had to do quite a few jobs in a reduced amount of time to be able to run off to CA.

This thread has taken a brief break but A LOT of preproduction work has taken place. You just have to love the internet. Mark and I have had many conversations with the team and we are ready to meet the cast tomorrow, rehearse, walk-through the locations and start shooting!!!!

We will be posting plenty of BTS for you chaps.

-Ted

Ah, Ted! One more day and we can start making a movie!

Jack, that Christmas card rocks the house. I hope you're sending the link to the networks. You should get some airplay for that in my opinion.

Hey, that shot most definitely was NOT taken with the ladder. I demand more ladder shots!
HAHA!!! Too F'n windy to stand on a ladder!

Sorry, you'll just have to take what I can give you. Sucked enough to go out and shoot that this morning!

IT'S SOOOOOOOO COLD HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate to burst your bubble, Theo, but it's cold here in Cali. Not sure how it is in
LA, but it's freakin' cold here in Santa Cruz. I walked the beach yesterday, no,
I ran the beach yesterday because the sand was cold. We're heading into our
first storm of the year which can mean only one thing - SURFS UP!

Here's your forecast for the time you're out here:

Saturday 66/49 partly cloudy
Sunday 61/46 30% chance of rain
Monday 69/45 Sunny
Tuesday 71/45 Sunny
Wednesday 73/48 mostly sunny
Thursday 72/47 partly cloudy
