Doritos commercial and high flying stunts

I know its not really the best place to watch clips...sorry about that but here is my entry for the doritos commercial contest.

some advice would be much appreciated. I already know the colors are a bit flat and I had no time to color correct since I turned this in practically right on the dot.. Besides the color is there anything else you guys think I could have done to improve this?

oh by the way go check out some of the the other contestants there are some really good ones.

lol I notice everytime I post stuff I usually dont get that much critique. Is my stuff really that un-interesting or is it the other way, where there is nothing to critique about?

Personally I see faults in my own work already but I like to see other views as well.
 
im not a professional myself, im not even a film student i just make videos with my dvx whenever i can. The only thing i can comment on i guess is try not to use the same shot when he was jumping from roof to the stairs, like different angles.. iono... oh and also the shot where they landed on the ground kind of looks fake. Either make them jump higher when they land... or try doing a shake effect when they land to give it more impact. I dont know much what to change, you did a great job. And where did you get your actors they look like actual movie actors from asian cinema.
 
I'd say it was pretty good. The only thing is I'm guessing your guys were actually doing these moves/jumps but some of the editing makes it look fake, maybe hold some of those shots longer..
 
hmmm really? yikes. so you think the part where the guy in the red lands from the stairs looks fake? or the other guy more? thanks for the feedback guys.
 
I liked the action and the cuts, the jump over the chair looked good. I just didn't get the ending....did I miss something? The 2 guys are hearing the girl eat the chips, they run to her.... she finishes the bag, the guys hear another "crunch" and run away.... I guess they are running to the next person eating the chips? Might've been funny to show an Old Lady eating some chips and then we'll know that the guys weren't intereseted in the cute girl, but rather the chips.

yea you are correct, they are running to the next person eating doritos. haha and sadly they were interested in only the chips.

They are friends of mine. We have a lot of similar interests so you'll be seeing more stuff from us soon.
