All right... we shoot this weekend... I have a week of hell in pre-prod... I won't be around the boards too much this week, haha.

Don't worry, I don't think anyone will frequent ANY thread as much as Mark and Ted's
 
I know... plus this is a kids movie, I don't expect it to get a ton of hits, but it's going to be hillarious and awesome!
 
Hey, let me just say in all seriousness (I know, that's an oxymoron with me being the moron), but really, I saw Brandon's predecessor project to this called something like Ding-Ash-Dot or something and although I can't remember the name, it was a really nice piece of work with great kid acting and a weird dude that had a whole Joe Peschi thing going on. It was hilarious. I'm hoping this one is the same caliber and, if so, its definitely worth watching.

I don't know what that means, but it made me LOL (no, really I said "el oh el" . . . . ok, I didn't really, but it did make me chortle out loud and that is almost as embarrasing :grin: )

Hehe yep... set decoration... that's for the villans lair... it's supposed to be over-the-top cartoony stuff... hence, the swim noodles :)
 
If it works for the story, then why not and worse case, if it falls on your talent's head, no one will care at all!
 
Tomorrow we start working on storyboarding the film by shooting it... gunna get a few buddies to "play" the roles, and go to the sets... might post some screenies... they won't be lit or anything, but you'll get the framing and set ideas...
 
Believe it or not... I'm stressed about the film, lol. Lots to do, not lots of time! We shoot tomorrow! Signing off of DVXuser now... see ya!
