Jan Crittenden's Husband Passes

I can't imagine how hard this must be for her. I met Phil a few times and he seemed such a sincere, caring, gentle man who really loved her. To lose him must be so devastating. Our thoughts and prayers and sympathies are with you, Jan.

With that said, I must also say -- I've never seen a stronger, tougher woman than Jan. She's amazing, and I know she'll get through this. She's already come on here and helped some customers in the rebate situation(!) I do hope that our membership will please take it easy on her and give her some breathing room and space to cope and grieve and then welcome her back when she's ready.

Thank you, Jan, for all you've done and for all you do.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you so much for all of your kind words. I know this will get easier as time goes on. My husband was a great man, and I will miss him. He had a wonderful sense of humor and I have never found anyone that didn't like Phil. He was a gentleman and a scholar and he could do just about anything.

We have, at Panasonic, a diversity campaign that focuses on how diverse an individual can be. An example of this would be Phil. He was a Vice-President for Technical Liaison, but also a sheet-rocker, an electrician and a plumber. We were working on a re-hab of a Victorian house and we are about halfway through, but Phil put all of the modern touches in a house that was built in the 1890s.

Anyhow I ramble but thank you for the solice this morning, I really needed it.

Best,

Jan

I can't say much more that what has already been said. My decision to go with my dvx was heavily influenced by this forum and in particular seeing your involvement here. Thanks, prayers and condolences are going out to you.
