Round 10 - DVXUser Photography Challenge

I took a look through them all the other day. Going throguh and voting now.

Dual monitors rocks: I can look though the images at full size, and keep the score sheet running in another window on the other monitor.

- Mikko

... no sooner said than crashed ... where did the photo server go?

- Mikko ... Photo scores for this round: 9, score for website: 404

I haven't voted on a single image yet but I have commented on every single one of them... Great submissions this time through and you can really pick up on certain styles coming from people.

I'm still waiting on email confermation on registration. hell, by the time it's ready for me to check them out, the voting will be over!!!

PM Steve_Arm, he will get it fixed for ya.

i really enjoyed this contest, especially the honest but constructive critics (and the voting isn't even finished yet!) so i'm definitly in for the next one... maybe my pieces will fit the theme a little better next time... heh :S

I missed it :(
Out of the 3 days of work I did this year why did 2 had to be last weekend :(

Things are tight with the voting, so if you haven't voted yet, like me, then please go ahead and login and vote. It is really a tight field.

Well after reviewing the votes, and keeping in mind, I haven't voted, something strikes me odd...

If an image has 0 post processing then how can people rate the processing high? I'm just looking at average scores here rather than who voted what on which image, but there are images that have 0 post processing and are getting scores on the technique...

Explain this to me... please someone.

I will... it's much like how do you rate editing in "Broken Circle" (horrorfest short) as it was all one shot... Well, that one shot was an editing choice... And if it was the best or right choice, you rate the editing high, even though there are NO cuts in the film... same goes with this... if almost 0 post processing was the best for that photo, than that means that was the best post processing choice to make...
