Noa/Rice Digital Presents: "Checkmate"

Yeah, that would be nice.

I would try and take a picture of our setting.... it's like we're hanging out in some resort. Balcony over-looking lighted swimming pool, hot tubs, manicured gardens. Full moon rising over the setting. It's really amazing.

The balcony is small but it could hold a few more dvxers!

It looks like it's 7... so here's the big announcement! :)


The amazingly talented David Concannon has joined the cast to play the role of Richard, Eric's father!

I am super excited to work with David! This will actually be the 2nd film we work together on, as he's starring in another short I shoot in two weeks. He brings a lot to this film! Can't wait!

I ****ing knew it!!!!!! That was my guess!!!! I had lunch with David yesterday, he didn't let on or anything, but knowing he's working with you on Captain Fundraiser, and now you looking for GREAT talent, how could it have been anything else. Especially since you considered it big news. It had to be someone we all know.

NICE! Yeah, I just approached David this afternoon, showed him the script, and he loved it. :) I am extremely excited to be working with him!

haha never noticed that! Well, just went thoroughly through the first draft and I have some (what I think are) good notes to send off to Larry :)
