I think I'll be first to comment on the site. Looks like it was made in the 90s. Not that it matters with a trailer like that though.
Yes, I'm slowly realizing that the site is not very good. In content and design.

But what do you mean from the 90s?

and can you help? ha ha. (hey, can't blame me for trying)

great job, the trailer is great and id love to see the short, ive moved this to the right place on the forum since it is not HVX footage.

If you are interested I can find out how he got this free deal. (By the way, it was a Midnight Screening. I think the theater seats 300 and he got about 150-200 to show up)
If you do a screening, I'd love to go.

would you? I'd love to know.

Yes please, what sound equipment did you use. You mentioned ADR, but was it for all the film or did you use any production sound?

I had a boom and no lavs, I hate lavs. Too much digital interference. Besides, with a boom I could get all the sound, so I didn't need much foley. I recorded on a DAT at 29.97 even if I was in a PAL country.

Most is production sound, ADR is just for the main character that is actually Italian, so I had to redub him here with an American actor.

I fixed the problems cutting ALT production.

In my Pro Tool session for the mix I have 8 tracks of DIA, 8 tracks of ADR, 24 tracks BG, 24 tracks FX, 18 tracks MX.

Amazing!! I can't wait to see the whole thing! When are you screening this in New York? What else have you done? I'd enjoy seeing your other work.

I may be screening privately with another short that i'm about to cut (I'm an editor by trade). In fact I will be in NY working in December.

I'll keep you posted.

Glideshot, where were you when I needed you in Italy? I would have defeinitely used your dollies and cranes!

And I would have gladly shipped to you. Let me know if you ever need anything (I might get in your suitcase next time you go to Italy though)!

Thank you so much everybody.

It's such a great feeling having all these great reactions for something I truly did for just few thousand dollars!

I just pray to god to be accepted in some festivals next year.
