Off Topic Rambling:
Over the last ten years I have become a mental wimp. I have become a menta wimp, because I have become a physical wimp.
When I graduated high school, I had a resting pulse of 49, ran a 5 minute mile and had nearly a 40" vertical.
Now, 10 years later, and however many packs of cigarettes later that is, That seems like someone elses past that they told me about. I used to be mentally tough. Now, I have absolutely no willpower, and not much mental toughness, when it comes to self-motivation.
I just have no idea what that piece was, that made me want to, and enjoy going out and doing whatever physical activity all day and night.
Now, I would be really lucky to make it once around the track.
I wish I could get back just a touch of that frame of mind. It would sure help

Hey, we might have a rough script written but at least you have some actors... we are short in that department thus far. Good luck on the writing.
 
Yeah, but my actors are me :) Well, me and another actor friend of mine.
But, that's ok. At least I don't have to go through the whole casting process. Glass is half full baby!

Added brief descriptions of the locations I will be shooting at. Not much.

I may post some screen grabs of said locales within the next week.

Well, I have the first 20 seconds of my film shot, and even rough edited :) It needs to be 10 and is subject to change, over, and over, and over....

Still on page 2 of the script. I basically just shot an initial, one word scene, which is where my 3 credits go on top of. Cut to black.. title fade in.. and out... then the rest :)

But, hey, it's a start.

OK.

I've got a very rough draft of all of the three main scenes. I do not have them woven togethor within the timeline that they will take place, but I have a very rough draft of each of the scenes none the less.

Tredging slowly forward...

Happy belated (very) birthday. Sorry I didn't get to this thread earilier.

Anyway, looks like this will be a fun project. Congrats on the HVX!

UPDATE:

Well, I was about to get really pissed off, 'cause I couldn't find Barry's book. I found it. Right there next to my computer. Stupid.

Anyways, I am about to format my sd card for the first time, and load some of the scene files from the cd. I'm gonna toy around with those some.

Then, I will be shooting a test/real deal of the monologue sequence. We'll see how it goes. See if I can get something use-able or not.

Yeah, and I'm about to shave my head too, for the flick :)
