Quick fix on my Avid Export problem?

hey-

I'm trying the simple task of exporting to Mpeg2 in order to make a DVD. It gets through the AIFF export and starts on track 2 of 3 then tells me "The process failed check console"

In console it reads:

Thats at the bottom of console. I can export to all the other file types but it doesent seem to like Mpeg2. This is avid express 3.5 and for some reason I dont have Sorenson Squeeze. Any suggestions?

This is just a guess, but maybe doing a video and audio mixdown might help. It looks like Avid is having trouble reading the tracks for encoding purposes. A Mixdown will create new media and maybe that will work.

Or you could pick a 3rd party MPEG-2 encoder, purchase it, and export out of Avid as a Quicktime Reference.

Ya i have an encoder to make MP2 but now it doesent seem to want to export anything, still trying, if it takes more than a day or two im going to go use the schools computers....
