Anyone Decent at CSS/PHP/HTML that wants to lend a hand?

[MiniMan13]

I have a little project site that im working on, and i need some help with CSS mixed in with PHP, If anyone could help, please reply.

Basicly, CSS is really confusing for me, and its a very simple problem.

[Steve_Arm]

What is it?

[mikkowilson]

It's a programming language that is used to control how web pages look, but that's not important right now...

- Mikko ... wishes he knew CSS.

[Steve_Arm]

LOL!!! I take it as a joke. I asked what's the problem he has.

[MiniMan13]

Lol Mikko, Im trying to get my File upload form to look like that first example here
http://www.quirksmode.org/dom/inputfile.html

I have also tried to create a Red backround using CSS and curved corners, but i failed once again. IE: http://rollyo.com/

My Project site: www.files.eocfu.com (Unlimited Storage/BW - No ads.)

Did i scare everyone away?

in fear of divulging industry secrets here:

go to the site you like, steal the source code, open it in your favourite editing program, change it to look the way you want it and put it up..

alternatively you can ask someone like me to do it for you.... though I normally do charge people for such services I am sometimes willing to help out if it's not too complicated and I get some cred for it.

Im willing to Throw a link to your site up on the page if someone decides to help me out

[morten]

can you be a little more speciffic about what exactly it is you want? a css template? a html setup? graphics? maybe sketch the site out on paper and send it so I can get an idea of what you're aiming for... I think I can help you out but I need to understand what you want to do first.

I'm currently building CSS templates for two other sites and I think I can pretty much backwards engineer one of them to suit your needs

Do you mean bg color on a text box? I have grey bg set up on my contact form:

Check the input and form styles on my style sheet:

Well, I would like to have a couple things done, One, a Red Curved corner backround, that changes size and lenth with the Uploader forms.

The other thing is to change the way the file input box looks, and this one looks to be the hardest.

[GenJerDan]

That curved red thingie is from images, and just uses CSS to position & repeat.

[Owen]

Yeah that'd just be a Photoshop deal:
