Stunning look! Very reminiscent of the look of 13 Tzameti or Schlinders List. Tell me what CC tool did you use. Good composition. You must be proud. And for zero budget? I'd to see what you do with a budget.

CC? naaaa! Just black&white, some regulations of levels and color balance with a value of 30 on shadow red!!!! (in Premiere Pro 2.0 basic tools)

All this with a good camera settings and, of course, a great eye on the set!!!

(forgive my bad english... I'm italian...!)

looks really grainy, is it the adapter or where you forcing this look?
here, the grain of course absolutely enhances the mood...
so how is the wdr? do you have any pics of your rig? How much is it?
looks promising, keep us updated!

what was yhour room setup as to achieve that looks of just the mans face and the pieces on to table? What was the lighting setup?

for the italian adapter, look this:
http://www.wdr35.com or http://www.wdr35.com/images/WDR35/DSCF1569.JPG

price just 370 euros, ($400).

The pictures are not so grainy... Maybe the out of focus portion of the image... But, I shot in low light condition with underexpose image, to obtain particulary mood!

In the Puzzle Scene (from promo video), there's just one 60WATT table lamp and black sheets!

Here a photo from the set!!!!

oops, I found you trailer, I was so eager to see all the stills that I overlooked your link.

watched.

I baptize you our new Antonioni.

you're brilliant.

thank you... thank you...

I'm from Venice, but since 1999 I live in Bologna.

For the subtitles, please wait!!! The movie is work in progress...!

"Antonioni" WOW!!!

In my intention this movie, "anoir", mix Antonioni with Tarantino and a little bit of JeanLuc Godard... I'm pretentious?!? :)

Wow, that looked very very good. The way the lighting looks is very impressive considering the setup. What's the movie about? Also, mind telling us what you used for your Master Ped?

My main concern is with this edge here below

03b.jpg

I’m very new to the
DVX100B, but I read just recently that you put the detail to -7 it helps a lot...I then went off and did this and it does seem to give very smooth results.

The thing is though, I have no experience with a adapter yet...I don’t know what happens once a adapter is attached....however...when I then put the footage into After Effects 6.5 pro...I get exactly this same line that you have here.

I'm a little late getting to this, but the film looks fantastic. I like the grain actually. I think it adds something to black and white. Very nice.
