Awhile ago I posted the trailer for this film but since I forgot to put up the whole thing so here it is. medium and high resolution versions are both avalible and should stream pretty fast, if your internet is slow the low resolution version will be up later tonight. The trailer is also still up to view. Let me know what everyone thinks and I will be glad to answer any questions.

The film was shot over 1 week with only five hours of filming a day, I directed photography and it was my first time having to really work fast, Im not proud of much aha, except that night exterior...the 2 shot, super happy with that one, any critscem is more then welcome.

hehe, not half bad.

acting was really good, and every now and then so so. But very well done!

what adapter were u using? You had some pretty harsh barrel distortion with slight CA on some parts.

and what lens? Wide ?

the barrell distortion was weird and I think that is actually from the letus cause the lenses were all aspherical....keep lines straight. Honestly wasnt very happy with the letus it did the job and we got it very cheap but I would deffinetly use a higher end adapter in future projects....the widest lens was a 20mm nikon...all of the lenses were nikon primes 20 35 50 and 85...CA...chromatic aberation or w/e right?...yea I did notice that to.

Thanks for the reply look forward to hearing more opinons on the film.

also, forogt to add ( not searching for just negative, because overall it was very well made ) complete truth.

watch your shadows, when you entered the house initially as well as another section of hte film, you could clearly make out the camera, the steadier, and the cameraman.

:) Shadows can be tricky!

Yea, keeping looking haha, there are 101 problems in this one. I think im going to have some fun in after fx (fun may be the wrong word haha) and get rid of some problems when I have time. I think dping a film with out any grip help, the director also acting, and no script supervision or anyone else watching continuity is a little outrageous ahah, this was deffinetly a great learning expeirence though.

WOOOOO....PaPa is intelligent haha, I cant beleive how many people dont even see the film and blantely say stuff like, "dude why did you rip off napoleon dynamite" hahah ummm....yea. some of the manerism has a bit of it i think....past that.....ummm...watch the movie. THANK YOU!

no but in all hoensty. I dont want to pull that " im an actor " ****, but as one, there are HUGE difference in terms of the story that they are telling, the attention they are going for, their character arc, even physicalities, laziness in the voice and breathing timing. all things that really dont come anywhere close to napolean except for the glasses / nerd and sleeping look from your poster.

meh

The story is really interessting. Some of the shots emind me of some "Being john Malkovich" shots, which I very like! Final release-date?

as far as release goes, it is a short film, intended mainly to do some small festivals, but we are planning on doing a small run of dvds with a little making of behind the scenes film as well. I think alot of them will just go out to people we know and what not, but we should have some on the site for sale in the not too distant future.

thanks for the interest
