Less noise, more cinegamma options, gain, anamorphic, anamorphic viewable as letterbox on LCD, no headphone sound delay. I've used both and I'd say yes, the 100B is a definite improvement over the older 100P, but if I was you I would wait and look into the Canon XH-A1.
