HVX and Air Travel

Has anyone had negative experiences with improper/rough handling of the HVX or unusual scrutiny by TSA staff, etc at checkin screening?
 
For those of you with Pelican (or other) cases, do you use the foam or the dividers? It seems to me that the dividers would be more convenient for re-configurations, but maybe they don't give as much protection.

Also, do you want to post some pictures of how you organize your case?
 
I've checked my HVX in a pelican 1650 (big rolling case) a number of times with no problems. It fits very snugly in the foam inserts with mattebox and follow focus attached. It's scary, but I've never had any problems.
