I think Star wipes it'll have to be.. Especially on that opening shot of the bird as it would be sweet to have it start there... Thanks all for the ideas. I wish I had that old Video toaster transitions... the one of the woman pulling down the blinds and all that. I know I'm dating myself here... anyone else remember those. They were so cheesy I loved them...
 
I liked this a lot Justyn - You should try shooting the next one in the same vein but change each location whenever he tells a new story or have something going in the background, visually that either compliments or detracts from the joke - sorry, been watching too much Colbert report.
 
Richard... I was planning to do this exact thing and keep it more varied and interesting.. and then I got lazy and decided to keep it simple on the first one. The other ones should be a lot more interesting and exciting.. and diverse in backgrounds and all that. I also needed to get some permission and stuff and didn't want to get busted again...


Thanks though.. means a lot coming from you. Your comedy sketches are awesome.. inspiring and just so much friggin fun. I too love the Colbert Report...

lmao! Nice " Saturday Night Live - Deep Thought" tribute. Cinematography was stunning for a comedy piece. Excellent man.
 
Yes pretty much an homage.. if I dare say that without sounding french. Thanks for the props. Love the latitude with the cam.. Don't think I've be pulling that off with DV... or my long forgoten XLwhat..

Got a bunch of stuff to be shot this week and I'm finally going to be shooting 1080 on something.
