questions about the composite and the Y/C video out

Hello folks
I'm reading the HVX forums for long time, but this is my first post here.
I'll buy a PAL HVX200 pretty soon and I would like to ask you a couple of questions.
I have an application where I need to get SD signal from the camcorder, while shooting(live), and transmit it via a RF Link.
Would you please let me know if the composite and/or the Y/C video out of the camera producing SD signal(576/50i) when one is recording in HD modes(1080 or 720) ?
In the HVX manual(Page 112) I see the function "VIDEO OUT OSD" where someone can output the on screen display(OSD) on the video out jack. Is this possible to be done while recording in HD mode and also, is this including the magnified FOCUS ASSIST and/or the EVF DTL functions ?

Thank you

Unfortunatly it is not possible to get FOCUS ASSIST on anything other than the LCD screen on the HVX, much to my disapointment :(

Yes it does a live downconvert so when shooting HD, the composite and Y/C ports will be outputting a PAL standard-def signal. However, if you plug in the component cable, the composite and Y/C ports get disabled.

You can also do a live downconvert of HD into 576i PAL on the component cable.

And no, focus assist and EVF DTL will not go out the video outputs.

Many thanks for your help, Barry.

Since those functions(Focus Assist, EVF DTL) aren't available through the video out, I'm wondering if would be possible to be removed the LCD or the eyepiece of the HVX and to use one of these signals with a RGB to PAL converter or something, to get a PAL transmittable signal. Is there here someone who knows the specifications of the LCD/eyepiece signals, or how I could find this kind of info ?

Thank you once again.
