MOVIE TRAILER - BROKEN ($8000 Action Short - 100 Vfx Shots) DVX100a

I'm betting on some xmas cash to grab my copy, too busy saving up to make my own film. ;)

Looks like the rad **** though, the trailer was what sealed the deal in my mind that the DVX was the camera to go with.

Hey, just found out that my short film "the Delivery" will be playing along side "Broken" at the "Ellensburg Film Festival". I think they are actually playing one right after the other in the "if you could only see one short" part of the festival. I'm going to be heading out there for the festival, don't know if you will be there, I imagine it's a longer trip for you than for me, but I look forward to seeing broken again.

Sorry it took so long to respond. I've been crazy busy. I hope the screening went well.
 :dankk2:

very well done, like everyone said, I'd just be repeating the praises (not that you'd have a problem with that :) ). Really, really great work.

Just one question thats been bothering me for my own work....but, what setting or what did you do to get the widescreen the way it was, while keeping everything looking nice?

squeeze mode? 4:3 then letterbox in post? or...?

thanks, and great job. Loved the special features.

Sorry it tookk so long to respond. First off, thanks for the kind words (always appreciated). I shot BROKEN in 4x3 then letterboxed in post. It gives me the power to recompose my shot in post if I see fit.

Hope that help!! :kali:
