If you are in the market for a top notch matte box, look no further. DVX - HVX - XL2 - RED CAM - This matte box will fit them all. You may need to buy a step up/down ring to fit the circumfrence of the lens on your cam perfectly. I have it wrapped around a Century Optics Wide angle adapter, it's pretty large so as is it will slide over most if not all existing lenses.

This thing is 100% modular as well, don't need an extra stage? GONE! Don't want the flaps on there, Done! BAM.
 
Rental houses do not exist on the Big Island, I shot a DVD last summer and I wanted it to look good. Now it does and I can thank dozens shots to this awesome box. I've been spending all my time marketing the product in which the tool has helped me create.
Probably won't shoot another DVD for a year or so, and when I do, funny thing is I'll probably just end up buying another one! Silly me. Hope this helps. Aloha!

I would also want to fit this onto my Redrock Micro rails and wrap it around various canon lenses. It looks like the mount can be adjusted to fit pretty snuggly around a barrel lens?
