Error! Oh No!!

OH NO!!!!! I just logged into Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 today to render out my two files for my horrorfest entry and all of the sudden I got this error when I opened up my project file:

I can open up any other project file except for the one that I need!
I THINK I AM GOING TO PASS OUT!!!
HEEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!!!

Hm. Does Adobe back up previously saved versions of projects? I know Avid does.

I just opened up the latest auto-save project file and it worked!!
