h264 trouble

I'm exporting with Compressor and getting lousy results even at the full 50 mb. Does anyone know if I should be expecting better results than this still? It 400 pixels wide, but scaled up to show how bad it is. My credits look even worse.

Sorenson squeeze is the best compressor I've ever used. Every video on my site has been crushed with it and the quality is amazing.

So how are you guys using Sorenson to create an H.264 .mov file? I can only use the Sorenson AVC Pro codec (h.264) to create an mpeg 4.
How do you give it a .mov wrapper? I'm running Sorenson Squeeze Compression Suite 4.33.
