Yeah, it looks like were really, really close, but not there just yet. It will be great to come back and look at this after being out of the country for a few days. Should help to bring a fresher perspective.

If I got to work with the adorable little boy from kindergarten cop i would want to pinch his widdle cheeky-weekies all day long. I'm sure he gets that a lot. Will your characterization blow those illusions of him out of the water?

For us, it's really only one week. Kevin's skippin' out on us to go to London for a week. In the meantime, we have to do some sound work on the movie so we can have it ready for him when he gets back.

We do have a bit of the dreaded ADR for one scene that will be required. Our vfx, score and final foley elements are being prepared.

Hey, just so no one thinks I am skippin off to London for a holiday, its anything but! I have two lectures to give and a pre production meeting with a writer, but I am certainly gonna try and grab a few pints while I am there.

Taking a copy of the final cut with me to work on a bit of sound issues while sitting up in the hotel unable to sleep (man I hate international travel).

Yeah, I have had a few ciders over there that are incredible.

One of my favorite pubs is a ways outside of London, called The Royal Standard of England. They have a 900 year reputation to uphold, and in going there over the past 15 years, they have never disappointed. Their Owd Roger Country Ale is so far beyond anything else I have ever tasted, that I can't even begin to describe it.

If your ever there, go and have one or two (thats the most of these that they will serve you at one sitting), its worth the trip. http://www.rsoe.co.uk/

Well, I just received the first pass on the score. I will give it a listen at my hotel this evening and see (hear) how it is progressing. Can't wait to see the vfx shots and when I get back next week, we can get this project finalized.

So far, other than my very serious concern about the SD bandwidth penalty, I don't think we will have any problems making the deadline.

PS The UK Ales are still REALLY good!
