FS- DVX100b that shot "Stricken"

Just a note. I will leave this up for one or two more days and then off to e-bay it goes. I will post when that happens.

The reason why is I need the money ASAP for the HVX. :-)
 
Wish I could go lower for ya, but I need the money to afford the next step. Keep saving though...You'll get one soon. I saved for a year, and ate top ramen for most meals, to get enough money to buy mine. :crybaby:

Well, I don't think it was ever determined if NewEgg was a valid U.S. distributor. I would rather take my chances with a place like B&H which sells the DVX-100b used for ~$3300.

So, in my book this was a fair price and would have gladly bought this unit, but for some reason Matt wouldn't extend personal financing to me. I thought $25/month for the next 120 months (10 years) was more than fair...go figure :grin:

200.00? More like 600.00 till you get your rebate.

That would have been your choice, but before the rebate (which took about 5 months to get to me) the 3500.00 vs. 2990.00 is a HUGE difference. My camera was like new anyway.

Plus, go back to the first post in this thread...look at the fantastic footage you are guaranteed to get with this camera. Can't guarantee that with another camera bought elsewhere :evil:

Unfortunately, I was only half kidding. That is about the only way I'll be able to get a DVX for a while :crybaby: Oh well, just means you'll have to come DP my projects with your fancy new HVX :thumbsup:

HAHA! That would be fun. The only problem is, I will never be able to get my HVX until stupid people on e-bay actually pay for what they "buy it Now" and if someone buys my DVX100b. Someday my HVX will come. And when it does....Oh the joy! Until then, this camera freaking rocks! Here are more stills:

Whether or not the camera is still for sale depends on my e-bay sales this week. If the two vx2100s sell this week, then this camera is for sale, if not then not....so in other words, I will know in a week. I know a decent amount about Depth of Focus Adapters as I used an M2 for almost all of my shots. Thanks for your interest and keep checking back. I can say this camera is PHENOMENAL so I would wait for the sale to happen. 600.00 less than any other reputable dealer and only 65 hours on the heads, Barry's Book, as well as proven shooting quality...what more could you ask for?

If I am able to sell this camera (I will know in a week) then I am going to spice up the deal. I will add Magic Bullet 2 editors to the deal. I will let you know soon.
