My first HVX footage

This is my first HD HVX footage. I shot a short CSI type comedy but that was just on MiniDV (still looked pretty damn great though. I'll post it here when I get the final cut).

I know the first thing everyone did when they got their HVX was try out the slow-mo stuff, and I'm no different. Just wanted to post this to see if I could get some hints for refining my settings and getting the best picture possible (yeah, I know, it's compressed, but if you see something that stands out, let me know). I'm still working on my compression settings too, so hints for that are welcomed too.

Here it is:

One of my 3 cats past in July. I wish I took the time to video tape my buddy when he was that young. We out live our pets many times over in our life time and having a video like that is a great way to keep them with us after they're gone. I enjoyed the video and it looked great. That's a happy cat with good parents. Thanks.

Looked nice.. what Editing pgm u using? gotta work on your output.. if your using FCP, go through compressor.. What a cute kitty :-)

As much as I dislike "my first videos" featuring pets, this one was shot with a nice sense of style and composition. Plus it was appropriately short.

Good job.
