Ripped off DVX in LA ... warning, tale of woe.

Well my two cents here is ask people for their username on ebay and check to see their feedback - I have over a 100 positives so it gives people a bit more confidence when dealing with you.
 
Don't worry I was ripped like that with my DVC80 by DigitalDan o this forums. I won't write about that yet because I'm not sure but camera is not there for around two months. He doesn't reply e-mails and I'm not even sure if the FL adress he gave me is his. I will just make a trip to tampa visit my cousins and all of us will go there and check that adress. Anyways I already accepted the loss, people loose their lifes every day . It is just a camera bad guy will be punished.
 
Yes speaking of Digital Dan he also went by "digitial dan". I had previously written in to the forum expressing how I tried to meet up with him outside Fort Meyers to buy a DVC80. He's a completely 100% certified crackhead who comes across as the most convincing person you've ever spoken to. Three times I tried to meet up with him and he always had some sort of excuse. The final straw was when he wanted to meet at an exit along a deserted stretch of freeway. I'm slow but not completely stupid... Called the Sheriff on him, don't know if they ever did anything though... Anyhow sorry to hear about your ordeal - bottom line is there really are bad people out there amongst the rest of us nice folks, unfortunately. Anyhow, it's easy sometimes to be caught offguard by those types...
