Hello everyone!

With a LOT of help from people around this board (mainly about lighting) i have finished my 1-minute film. I am plan to enter this in a 1-minute film so i had the very difficult task to make it precysly 60seconds (no more, no less!)

I have already posted some screengrabs on this board, but here is the movie itself. After all, lighting is important, but the story/film itself is were everything is about.

I have subtiteld the important dialog.
(the other dialog is just talking about the wargame, so dont get confused or thinking you dont get it, its NOT important what the are saying until you see some subtitels)

I hope i get a few responses

Again, thanks to everyone who has helped me!!

NOTE: rightmouse - save, do not open it directly unless you have a very fast internet connection. Its not compress for the web. Total filesize is around 7,5MB, wich is much for a 60 seconds film.

that was interesting. always pay attention to the girl...doesn't matter how old they are

If something is not right about the translation, than please help me correct it, end of this week (2 more days) i will post this on the mail to the festival... So i hope i have a good, understandble, translation by then.

And my "teddy duck" is the toy on the plank, the girl cannot reach it and wants to ask the boys for help, but the dont listen to her, ignore her, thefore she takes a drastic step for getting attention.

I think most kids in the US would just say "ducky"...not even "toy duck" maybe "little ducky"...i've never heard "teddy duck"..."teddy bear" yes, but not "teddy duck"

I did use a noise reduction filter in Adobe After effects, but the noise is gone now!
I still find it odd, that whene the camera has enough light, and i turn the iris down myself, there is coming noise... (i just dont get it, but i like the camera:smile:)

Today i post it, so i think i will go with ducky or teddy (i think teddy, not everyone sees that the teddy is a duck)

I understood it fine as well. The shaky cam on the macro shots really took away from it. Other than that, good idea!

Glad to see it turned out well.

Deutsch, right?

I'm taking German in highschool right now.
