hi, i shoot these under sunny day with dvx100E by playing around with the settings...

i think the sky and background is too bright... i am trying to get the horror film effect... something like the zombie film look..

please give me your comments and advice on how can i improve on it ...

shutter speed is 1/25

Iris is F16

I actually like it a lot. Care to share your settings, perhaps in a PM. Then I'd play with it in camera.

My idea would be to mess with the overall exposure to darken the whole image, which would bring down the sky brightness, and then play with contrast (gamma/mp?) to get the look back.

Daniel has a good point. Instead of stopping down your lens so extremely you may want to use a graduated ND or at least flip on the built in ND filters on the DVX. You're losing sharpness by shooting with the lens stopped down that much. The pics still look good, I'm just saying that in general it's not good to shoot with the lens closed that much.

thanks a lot guys..

i will try with graduated ND filter..maybe next monday

for the setting if i remb correctly...
