Nice Malcolm haha. Ah I just read LA 2 hours ago. Am chillin in Comfort Inn now. Will start editing immediately after I get a life (Find an appartment, car, TV, etc.). Gosh. Btw Mal your harddisk is with Alastair. The entire data transfer affair was totally stupid but nevermind. Tell you why on MSN. Thanks.

Yep. As in Los Angeles - Well, to be more specific, Riverside. There ain't no such thing as LA, Singapore haha. Yes Mal the harddisk has the footage - Which is with Alastair. Claim it back anytime. I've been living in Singapore for the past 3-4 years and now I'm back in California for university. Yep. I miss all the folk back in Singapore real bad. Sighs.
Hi. Basically, we're all 16 or 17 year olds. Yep. Everyone's under 20. Believe me, coordinating 60 - 70 (As well as the meals, transport, etc) of us is a logistical hell. Although we did shoot the film in a full one and a half days, I guess you could say we do this in our spare time - At the expense of school work, etc. and life in general haha. Gosh I've said it before but I can't help repeating that this project was really really hard. Heh.

just to spice things up abit..
I will be shooting the Prequel of "countdown" this saturday, which is 1 day from now..
Which will be as exciting as countdown... as countdown isnt out yet... I hope the anticipation of both of films will go high =x
Right now I am drowning with logistic, props and manpower issues..
Estimated cast+crew size: 40
just to spice things up abit..

Cool Malcolm just saw this today... bit slow I know. Looks like you guys have put a lot of work in.
OK OK I had a shot at cc on FCP. One thing I that bothered me is there seemed to be a lack of key light in a lot of the shots so I chose three I thought were harder to cc in this area. So with that in mind I didnt want to lose any light from the faces at all... but still use a quick cc.
There is not much to what I have done. I have adjusted levels slightly and then used 3 way cc to make very minor adjustments to mids whites and blacks... then a bit cooler on the whites, different levels for each pic. One thing I was also aiming at was putting some depth to the images. Originals are followed by cc'd. I like to have a go at ccing anything to keep the practice up.
You could take this last one a step further and add some sky back... this is just a rough concept, use a better sky shot with light in right proportions etc. Just masked this in motion.
