a Quickie - m2 and oil stickers..

man the quality is so damn clear. i liked that.

how do you get an object to stand out in the forefront and make the background blurred like you did in that one shot of the little fire dept sign?

are you kidding me? dude, it's a 35mm adaptor...they all do that because of the shallow depth of field.

good footage man. i loved the 60p footage. you don't have many people doing that....very cool.

Hey Richard,

nice footage, i am happy for you that you got the m2-which lenses do you use?

Its always nice to see your fottage, think you do real good stuff, how is business going, do you think that the investments can get coped by that?(thinking about to buy m2 with lens..)

Its done with the m2 35mm adapter and an extra lens that you mount on top of this.

That gives you the shallow dof ("depth of picture") and also some different colour through the extra lens-hope that explains your question!
:)

Beautiful stuff Richard. A bit short, but the editing is great and the color correction is top notch. Loved the style.

thanks doods - I wasn't going to post a link to this because I thought it was too short - I am going to add to it because the song is over 5 minutes long, I think the next destination is Rodeo drive..- Song title is Gettysburg by the band, Ratatat - Great album! - I shot that stuff with a 105mm Nikkor lens - a lot of it was heavily color corrected in final cut - shot at I think f8 with one ND turned on - hvxguy, I'll send it tomorrow ! :costumed-smiley-047
