Vincent, I have watched the clip many times to try and give good advice. Check out Baraka (the movie) to see how smooth the camera moves should be. I think the pans should be slower than the mouvement of the timelapse, not faster. The dynamic will be interesting, and not feel rushed. Part of the thrill of timelapse is that the action is speeding by. That's why you want to really slow down the camera moves. I would try to make the clips longer, at least the really stunning ones. It is impresive that you are moving the camera, but don't do it at the sacrifice of the timelapse photography. Our eyes are very susceptable to jerks . Even if it was a still shot, one little bump in a shot can ruin the mystique of what apears to be a natural scene from nature. What is your' interval? I have been using 1 frame every 5 seconds. I will try to post something on youtube or something so I don't sound like such a talker. Good luck with the rig. check out this clip for smoother pans, though still a little choppy
