EXIF and Parfocal.

I doubt I'll be yelled at for not searching, but I may be. How exciting.

Okay. Two questions.

#1. Is there "EXIF" info for video files, or even clips, or even just each frame? The question comes up because I was doing some shutter speed tests and I'm too retarded to even SAY the speed each time I changed it, so now that I go to do a comparo in Vegas I dont even know what speeds I'm looking at. Yeah, that one's faster, that ones' slower, but how do I actually check? Or can I?

#2. Parfocal. I'm a still guy and I started photography with a PARFOCAL lens - you zoom on your subject eye, zoom out, recompose and your focus has remained on the eye. Much to my chagrin, very few lenses are parfocal - at least still lenses. I know nothing of video beyond my experimentation the past couple months so I am wondering if the lens on the 100B is parfocal. If I zoom on my subjects eyeball then zoom out to a H/S shot, is the focus retained on the eye? I know the focal NUMBER on the lens wont change, but have I retained critical focus on her eye?

Thanks guys.
