thanks for that msconce, very very helpful... what lens did you use for that shot and when you say crank MPED down..do you mean all the way or just to -7 or something?

Grab looks awesome both ways.

I put the Master Ped to -7 and used a 50 mm Nikon f/1.4 lens.

i hope when i get my adapter I don't have to do much fiddling. Part of the reason why I decided to buy a proffessional adapter was because I got tired of fiddling with my DIY contraption.

I think we're just going to go with the basic for a bit of boost... that still is really easy to do but some of the darker shots go too muddy with anything more than basic.. thanks again!

I got my m2 yesterday. Packaging and craftsmenship was very top notch and prof. In terms of engineering and original design i'd say p+s gets the cherry.
