What is the holdup for the dvx book?

I have two confirmation numbers for the rebate. The first amount says $0 and the second amount says $350. I assume the first is the book and software. Under "status" for the $0 check, it says "we have received the request, but not yet printed the check". Will this change when they mail out the book and software?

It's been over a week since the process date and I live only a state away from Tennessee. What could be the delay?
 
Don't worry it'll show. It took my rebate and accessories about 14 weeks to finally show. In fact, I had forgotten about the extra stuff so it was a pleasant suprise when they finally did arrive.

It will take about 12-14 weeks. If you still dont have anything by the end of 14 weeks, I'd call Panasonic and ask about it then.

Please tell me you mean days, not weeks.
 
Have you called them. Sometimes a little human interaction goes a long way. They may have sent the book. About 2 months ago we swithced to UPS because the US mail had been losing them. So call them.
