I cleaned up the car scene. I think it looks pretty good. What do you guys think? (note specifically when he gets in and out of the car)

When youre following the car from the outside,when the skyline is in the BG....is the camera craned,or steadicamed?It raises a little.....that was a good movement.

The acting would be the first thing I would like to compliment!!! Footage was very good and clean. The only thing that wasn't believable was the over head light being on; especially with two guys in a car smoking weed, in the hood, but other than that, very nice job! I liked the crane shot towards the end, it reminded me of grand theft auto. lol

I thought this was great! I liked the editing and the actors were really good. The scene made me want to see the rest of the story.

I'm curious what mic you used to get the dialogue. Can you share that info?

okay so...the mic I used is an Audix UEM-81 i purchased at Guitar Center for $250 dollars. Was not my first, but due to unforseen cicrcumstances, I was Mic-less on the day of my Saturday shoot...and had no other option but to purchase the mic. However...it turned out to be a pretty awesome purchase. It came with two mics...A shotgun boom (directional mic) and a smaller condensor Mic (which i used for this car footage) - both of which have outstanding sound quality.

The Car Mount and Crane I got off ebay.

Both of which are extremely reliable purchases. I was especially surprised by the car mount Being that it's essentially a suction cup - excuse me- vacuum cup - i was scared shitless sticking my dvx to my car. However...with that suction cup...i could literally pull my car with it while it was in nuetral. its really strong. Anywho, hope that helped. keep the feedback coming... how does the light look when the passenger gets in and out of the car?
