Hey guys,

I was having trouble trying finding royalty free music to use on some short videos for my website. The content of the videos will be nature scenes. I have never used any type of music yet in my videos and I was hoping you guys could tell me where the best place to find any type music. Is there any places to get free music or must you pay to be able to use the music.

If you have any tips or websites please let me know.

Thank You,

Steven

Why settle for Royalty Free when you can have a composer do you one up for free ?

I'd suggest hitting up some forums for composers and posting a request; offering credit and copy of course. There are a ton of talented artist out there that would be more than happy to build their reel on quality gigs; and for free!

just one of hundreds out there. go hunting. good, legal music does exist. the process of hooking up with a composer yeilds the ultimate in quality and originality, I think, but it takes time, sometimes a contract. it is a relationship you have to maintain and build.

search the internet or this site for "royalty free music" or production music

I use Sony's ACID for stuff, but read the contracts on the LOOPS and any "royalty free" and make sure it's actually free.

There's 20 true free tracks for use here:
