DVX100B for sale... used less than 2 hours

Hello,

I am offering my DVX100B for sale with less tha two hours on the tape heads. I need to make some home improvements so it has to go. It comes with everything including the original packaging. I will include the DVX book, DVD, Magic Bullet Editors and 2 Aspect Correct overlays. One blacked out at 2:35 and another which displays lines at 1:66, 1:78, 1:85, and 2:35. $3000 and it's yours that includes shipping by UPS Ground. I will accept paypal from a confirmed address or a bank certified cashiers check, but the check must clear before I ship.

Where can you buy it new for $3000? Anyway, like I said it's only got 2 hours on the tape heads. I think $3000 is fair shipping with UPS including confirmation and insurance is going to be around $70.

If you are interested I'm open to an offer. Honestly if nobodys makes an offer in the next day or so I'm gonna post it on ebay. I just thought I'd give the dvxuser people first dibs.

Going price on these forums seems to be about 2,500. If you had a worthy accessory to throw in with it you might have gotten more bites.
 
Yes, I understand everyone's concern about getting it cheaper elsewhere, but don't people understand that it has LESS than 2 hours on the heads? That means it IS brand new. It hasn't even been used to shoot a movie, and if it has then it was a really short movie. I think that its a fair price and that Tibby should get it sold for that much.

I realize it is unfortunate for him, but there's just something different about something used and something new. Once the package is opened on something like that, it is no longer worth its 100% value.

Maybe someone will buy it for that much though.
