Hey all.

Everyone's busy with their summer jobs but mine just lended itself to makign a video. I work at a day camp with 6 other counselors and we decided to get all hte kids together, write and film a movie in a day, so we did!

The video your about to see is missing still the voice over narration that will take place during the story shots ( having trouble with my mics )

But here it is
its 8:30 long and i hope you guys enjoy it

( this was made along with 4 other camp outings to give away to the campers at the end of the summer )

hey papa this looked pretty sweet. somehow when people post grabs of the ifocus they don't look that great but the video looks much better.

the short turned out quite good, i bet the kids will love this.

what kind of lighting did you use for the shot where you blow out the candle and you're in the dark ?

and at 2:57 what music did you use there. it sounds like busta rhymes (gimme some more) used a sample from that song. that music sounds so cool :D

No it's not uprezzed, just a SG from my Dido MV.
 
but yeah, ive tried every MF and the sharpest is MF10, but even then i still get edges that are slightly blurred, and as you said thigns are further from the lens on the sides so i tried just manually adjusting the focus of my 35mm lens and still always the edges would be slightly blurry, but wtv doesnt bug me. Just curious how that screen grab doesnt have it, or maybe it does slightly on the hand?


anyone else have any comments?
