I bought it from this guy, sent him the money on the 12th, and aparrently it's still not been sent. The guy doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. So be happy you didn't buy it. If there's someone in the Oklahoma area who can hunt him down for me. I'd appreciate it. It sucks when you can't trust people.

That's for all the condolances and help. I agree, I also hope their are legit reasons and I'm giving the guy some benifit of the doubt. I saw his myspace page and he's 19, so I'm guesssing he just doesn't understand quite yet what responsibility means.

I got his address, phone number, and e-mail address already. He doesn't seem to answer his e-mails or his phone. I sent him the money the 12th. He contacted me on the 19th saying the package was in the mail. I asked him 5 times for the tracking number. on the 27th he responses for some reason it wasn't sent, but it was all taken care of now.

He still hasn't responded again to any of my phone calls or e-mails. That bothers me the most. Non-resposiveness usually incidates a dead beat. But I'm still giving him the benifit of the doubt. At least until the end of the week.
 
have you tried calling from a different phone #? or *67 (i think thats the one..)

No, umm . . . . what's the #67 do? Anyway any place I called from would have a 415 area code.

I'm not trying to be a jerk. I mean I think we'd all like to be given the benifit of the doubt when we sell something. It's just that I think most people here will answer or phone or an e-mail. I got this from him Friday morning.

"I must offer my sincerest apologies for being incommunicado these past few days. I have been checking out my college in Norman and taking a break from all of Decada's business. I had left the box to be shipped by my assistant who couldn't find your address. Not to worry, however - I have your address and everything is taken care of. I understand any anger or frustration you might have, and I assure you that I am not acting on bad faith."

I'm betting that assistant is his mom. I just don't get it thought. If he's legit he'd give a tracking number, right? I mean I sent him many e-mails requesting one.

Thanks again for everyones help here. It's nice to know we all support each other. If anyway needs help shooting in San Francisco, let me know! I'm working for free for . . .umm . . .well everyone about now!
