Music Video shot on HVX200E 720p

Hello all, this is my first "professional" work intended to function as part of a showreel I'm trying to make. I'm in the process of creating a real music video because of this one!

The video has not aired and will not be aired anywhere however it has been a very meaningful and useful experience. I have photographed directed and edited this baby so check it out and let me know what you think.

First, let me say good job, I myself haev not shot a music video, but will helping on one soon. And I think you accomlished some good stuff.

There are some glitches in the video, I think do to the cross dissolve. On with the beach water and one at near the end.
 
Yeah, agreed on the water stuff, as fixing is difficult, as there isn't enough "chair only" footage, to cover the transition properly I'll give it a shot in making it better if I can. Thanks for the comments
 
okay, make a still frame, and to an 4 point garbage matte, and then overlay it over the video of the water, and WHAM, long clip :)
 
Well a friend told me this idea of reverse playing the final section of the clip where "it jumps" and I believe it fixed it..
 
Beautiful job... and fantastic your election of the musical theme... do you listen Chambao in Athens?

Fantastic the election of the dancers too.

My favorite shoot is the composition of the musician with the sea and over the stones. It is very poetic.

Thanks for the comments, of course we listen to Chambao and other spanish singers. Spanish and latin-style music has alot of listeners here.
