me and my HVX202EN check it out!!!

Damn Freudenberg!

Congrats-and nice documentation!
Hope you enjoy it like we do over here in pal land too.
Id be curious if anyone has heard of a comparison of a Pal and Ntsc hvx yet..any differences in "noise" and so on??

Congrats, it seems like someone's a happy camper. Have you had a chance to christen her yet?

Not yet. Still charging up the battries......:furious3:

Its Wednesday night here but I have Friday off and will be getting some dv tapes to begin experimenting. I havent got a P2 card yet but will be saving for one.

Its bigger and heavier then i first thought.

G'day Michael.

That's a wad of cash. I'm totally jealous, would love to be able to get my hands on the camera, I'm trying to talk my boss into getting one.

Where did you purchase yours from and at what price? I noticed Videoguys have them for $9,300 Aus dollars.

Thanks mate.

Funny money... lol its aussie notes buddy. and there made of a special plastic. more high tech compared to the age old tradininal american note which is made of wool and other fibers. mind you us money smells real compared to plastic dosh.

Another thing, the picture of the hvx202 doesnt do it justice..... for one even though the pic shows the body blue and black in the flesh its more black and charhole grey. The flash brings up the blue.

Hey Freudenberg, you might want to contact Rob Myers at Panasonic Aus, I'll be over in Brisbane doing an HVX training seminar in a week or two. Congrats on the new HVX!

Guy? This is getting just plain wierd! Now we're looking at pictures of people opening up the box the hvx came in.

In New Zealand, yes. But they've pretty much sold out three of the four seminars in NZ; there does remain some space in the last one in Wanaka.

In Australia, I don't know. Rob's handling all the details, I don't know who gets in or if there's a charge or any of those type of details, so I refer all those questions to Rob.
