Be sure to check your lyric syncs. In the third shot, when your on the roof or whatever your lips are fairly off the audio. I also caught a glimpse of the tripod sittin off (ha well semi off) cam when you were on top of the parking garage. Whats with the ipod ear buds as well? Since they weren't related to the story i found them disctracting if you need audio to lip sync to a portable boom box works well, otherwise crank the car speakers. Speaking of the story what was your idea? because i also didn't really see how running around with the camera fit with you then singing in front of the camera....

The first edit I didn't get but when I saw Salils version it made sense. I like the Canon reference in there, it looked like a fun vid to make. I saw the original on youtube and didn't like it at all but you guys made me want to go out and shoot a video today just for some fun and practice.

Hey Salils, I just noticed your from Naperville, I'm in Joliet, have you worked on any music videos from any local bands?

lol,I came up with the idea to make this and asked Salil if he could help with me filming it. and he said yes. I never gave him premission to out his copy on the net! Thats All:) And yes it does explain things better.

Yeah, Mike came up with the idea to use the song, my video is a different interpretation. More "literal" I guess you might call it, giving visual reference to the lyrics. My idea was the whole DVX theme, but Mike was definitely the one that said "hey lets go make a music video using this song".

just wondering... but your worried about him putting out his own edit of this video. How about that song, did you get the rights to use it even? Regardless of whether your making money off it or not technically you should have the sync rights. Just saying your worried about his edit, how about the band having their song out?

Ok, before Barry Green or Jared Land comes over here and kicks me in the boiler room AGAIN! i want everyone to know that yes, it is i the infamous Mike Krumlauf. Now, i am only infamous on here because back when i was 13 i thought it was funny raiding this form full of jackass questions about my PD150 which i dont even have anymore, which brings me to my next thing. I am a proud owner of a DVX100A! I have been for about 8 months now! I have made videos that have goten attenction on Myspace and iTunes and am helping out some very well known filmmakers on the net(Arin Crumley&Susan Buice) plus have made many other contacts, which are happy to collabrate with me to the fullest. Now i know Barry once said once i got the BOOT i got it, but you have to realize, i have not done any damage on this fourm while i have been Four Eyed Monsters and i am Older and wiser. It was 2 years ago that this Idiodic crap happened here and i am very sorry. I mean look at my progress, i have finally gotten the DVX,Met some high-end indie filmmakers which i collabrate with almost everyday,have shorts in iTunes ,YouTube,Google Video,And YouAre.TV, even DVXusers have enjoyed my videos now(look at the MIRROR 2 fourm).

I thought this was cool and would make a great opening splash--if shortened of course--for the DVXuser site! Have you guys thought of pitching it to Panasonic?
