Editing HD monitoring

Anyone have suggestions for the best way to monitor your edit for hvx HD footage. I am thinking something like Mojo and an external monitor but I dont think Mojo supports HD - any other ways?
 
according to the Aja site you need a specific HP workstation to use their card for HD - thats strange
 
Obviously depends on your platform. IF (and it is a mighty big if) you have a Panasonic 1200A deck, FCP can send FireWire back through the deck for HD monitoring (I'd imagine Premiere etc. probably can too, just don't know for sure off top of my head).

OR

AJA Xena or BlackMagic DeckLink HD cards can do realtime monitoring on Macs or PCs.

AJA doesn't require a specific machine, but they may have recommended machines. They have minimum specs posted on their website, and so does Blackmagic.
