Some Boring DVX100 Park footage if you have nothing to do :)

you tube does a horrible job always. try using a site that just hosts your video without recompressing it. putfile.com is free and easy and does not change the quality from how you export it. if you want to show off the quality of your footage, don't use youtube, it looks awful.

much better. looks ok. did you have auto iris on or were you adjusting it while shooting? maybe a little overexposed overall unless you did some cc to make it look that way. did you white balance? the color looked a bit off unless that was cc. shots were cool though and in focus...

For some reason when I rendered it as an Mp4 file it made the image much brighter in an unattractive way. The mp4 looks like it has some type of transparent white film over the image! The original isn't that bright.

but yes some images are over exposed from my end; I was manually playing with the iris and shutter throughout shooting.

About color; that's weird because I white balanced using a white paper when I was outside. It was cloudy that day btw. Any suggestions?

lower the master ped and the exposure a little. Work on your shots, make them interesting and relevant to what you're shooting. Or if you just feel like filming everything, then atleast make the shots smooth and interesting. But i find that test footy looks the best if you compose the shots and film them interestingly. and if you stick to a relevant category, so it makes more sense and flows good. But i realize it was just test footy, and you probably didnt really care.
