So it was late at night, I was bored, decided to start playing with my camera and adapter... No lights, no special anything... Just me being a total goofball trying to lipsink to an 80's song 3 times...

But after making this I thought why not blast light on my wall and make a good one with my friends... soon to come. (and even dorkier)
But here's my test with lights on the wall and no adapter. (you can see a shadow of my fake plant to the right)

This actually held my interest for the entire clip. Pretty cool, I gots to get me one of them letus thingies.

dude, that was funny and well done. some of the shots completely look like film. i dig the almost black and white look of the hallway shots. insane. I'm gonna film a music video for some friends soon and that's the vibe I want to get.

how much are those letus35?

nice vid

dude r u on mac or PC?

I need to know how to export good quality quicktimes from premiere
which encoder do u use, sorenson or apple DV?

sonic freak... The Letus35 Flip Enhanced is 700 no tax, no shipping, comes with both canon and nikon lense mounts...

wmiller... yes I do, been walking around that campus for 4 years, just graduated but I gotta go back in the fall for 2 more classes (darn film department is so small they hardly offer any summer courses)

unix... I am on both, premiere and FCP, I've found that its much easier to get high quality web files through FCP and using the H.264 codec. I used the mac to edit and compress this guy... If I had to edit on the PC, I would then use compressor on the mac to compress it. If I could only use the PC, then a high quality windows media file would be my choice... I don't have sorenson on the PC, but I've seen some nice web videos that have used that.
There's 2 other videos that i have on here that have nice high quality, they're in this thread:

thanks

Rarely has anything moved me so deeply. I tried calling 867-5309...nobody answered. What area code does Jenny live in?

haha, nice... With Berlin
The upbeat adult musical comedy, "Who Wants to Party?" you got it
Which one was yours?

naughtygeorge - thanks man, makes me feel good. I don't really have a website with my stuff on it, I'm in the process of creating a kickass flash one to hold my fun stuff and portfolio and business of Lange Productions. But work keeps getting in the way and putting it on the backburner. (as well as sunny beach days) But I do have an old site from like the early college days, but it's nothing special... and then there's always the myspace :) PM me if you wanna still see the old one

gr0m1t - for the music video the camera was 24pa, AWB, Auto iris (I'm sure it was open), detail 0, cinema settings all around, normal default 24pa settings... nothing special
The color correction was a simple magic bullet preset :)
And the bloodshot eyes... well, the date was April 20th

This is the best music video I've seen in a long time

No lie, this is the best music video I've seen in a long time. i couldn't stop cracking up. I called my wife and daughter into the room to watch it. We were dying.
Seriously, I used to make a lot of music videos from 1988 through about 1995, and I just got tired of them. You may have been goofing around, but it's the best music video since some of the Talking Heads and Thomas Dolby videos of the "80's. Great fun and great work.
