Fresh from Blacmagic Design page:

"This release adds native HD 720/50p support for Adobe Production Studio, real time HDV playback in Premiere Pro 2.0 and Eyeon Fusion5 preview plugin."

I'm downloading new drivers, can't wait to see if it's true.

Well, here it is:

High man, are you using the "DeckLink HD Extreme"?

Are you just using your card with captured video into black magic own codec?

Do you have to capture video live from the hvx 200? or can your blackmagic card work with mfx files, or with any third part companys codec to read mfx files?

I looking for a card that can output to an tv/monitor for color correcting and blackmagic would be great as long i dont have to bring an computor to the set and capture live to.

so does this mean you can play content from your HVX in Premiere natively and have it show on your Decklinks component and HD-SDI outputs?

There is still no mxf import, but as soon as you get footage to Blackamagic Uncompressed codec, you can use it in Premiere and it will show on Decklinks component and HD-SDI outputs (and downconverted on SD outputs). So, you need to capture it from HVX's analog output.

I know its not the best since the point of capture uncompressed after its been compressed is not the way to go, but since I cant have the camera conected to an computer all the time...Can you capture from the camera when you playback the recorded dvcprohd footage?

I have an fs-100 that im waiting for and it would be nice if i could playback the footage from the camera and capture it. I guess as long as the camera output something to analog component i can capture it with an decklink...

how are you capturing the HVX's analog output? do you have a Multibridge?
